Before all of it happened it would connect perfectly fine without and issue. The first time I plugged the cable to update the controller it was fine. Both controllers connect perfectly well to my xbox, the wireless one also connects to my phone which means it is definately something wrong with my laptop. When I go on settings and go to bluetooth it shows the controller and under it, it says driver error this is for my wired controller but my wireless controller has the same sort of error but the doesnt have the warning sign in device manager but says that it is paired in the bluetooth tab in setting but yet the controller still flashes signifying that it has not connected. When I try and update drivers through intel website it updates some of them but doesnt for most of them and gives an error message. I then try manually and select let me pick and choose xbox peripherals but also promts me to the same error message. When I right click and click update driver, automatically search for drivers online, but it say that it found a driver but cannot perform the installation at this time. When I go on device manager it shows it next to a yellow triangle with and exclamation mark in other words a warning sign. My xbox controller recently disconnected and won't connect with the reason being that there is a driver error.
